For ages 10 to 15, with their own dedicated classes plus the chance to train right alongside the adults, building confidence, discipline, and real skill.

Ages 10 to 15

The Right Program for the In-Between Years

Our teen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes in Oakdale are built for that in-between age, too old for the little kids class and ready for something more. Teens get their own dedicated classes grouped by age and skill, taught at a level that keeps them challenged and engaged.

It is a positive, structured outlet where they build confidence, discipline, and self-defense that carries into school and everyday life. Younger athletes start in our kids program and grow right into this one.

A place for teens to be challenged, respected, and part of something bigger.

Their Own Class, Plus Time With the Adults

What sets our teen program apart is the bridge into the adult room. Teens have classes built for their age, and they also get to train and work with the adults, which pushes them, sharpens their game, and treats them with real maturity.

  • Dedicated teen classes grouped by age and skill
  • Opportunities to train with the adult classes
  • Older students and adults who lead by example
  • A faster path to real skill and confidence

A Second Family for Your Teen

Long Island parents on what Kioto has done for their kids.

My son has trained here for three years and we hope he continues for a lifetime. The instructors are supportive and dedicated, and they make you part of their family. They care about each kid's development on an individual and group level, which is so rare to find.
