Professor Milton Regis is a 6th-degree black belt and three-time world champion. He teaches most of the classes himself—rolling with students, giving hands-on guidance, and sharing the same BJJ system that built champions across Long Island.

Alongside Professor Melissa Regis, our team brings decades of experience to every session. But what sets Kioto apart is our atmosphere. It’s respectful, focused, and family-friendly. We know every student by name and care deeply about your progress—on and off the mat.
