Most amazing jiu jitsu training with the best teachers in the art! My boys have flourished under their training. They do things I would have never thought they could do. I am so impressed every time I see all the kids fight. My one son, who has some developmental delays, has been growing so amazingly and Professors have been wonderful with him. This is a great place! I am so happy we found it. My son has ADD and dyslexia and I have seen such great improvements in his focus. I have also seen improvements in his muscle tone and overall fitness. Professor Milton and Melissa are so wonderful and caring. The kids are so sweet and have really bonded, they all have so much fun!

I have taken many different types of exercise classes, but none compare to Melissa's Fitness kickboxing class. I love that its a continuous 45 minutes of high intense, well-planned and engaging exercises. Be prepared to work your butt off, but you will see results quickly! Melissa is a very motivating instructor, that is why this will be my third year taking her class!

Kioto BBJ is the real deal. The teachers are attentive and helpful. They have taken in my son and treat him like family. His confidence is high. He works hard and really enjoys going to class. It is a great way for any kid, boy or girl, to learn to protect themselves, respect others, and burn off some steam. I love the class and think it is absolutely worth the money. Our youngest son will be a student here as well.

Top notch facility, with top notch trainers. Professor Milton 6th degree Black Belt teaches 98% of the classes, my son 6 years old and wife also take classes and love it! Highly recommended if you interested in training, everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Great school. Their balance of discipline and kindness really gives the children a good education. Their BJJ program is very solid. The students go on to be some of the top competitors. This school does not just practice moves, you will learn how to fight and will grapple all the time.
